I recently purchased them at a great price. The first step I took was to wash them by hand. Next, I applied canola oil and placed them in the oven at 300 degrees for two minutes to season them. After that, I wiped off the excess oil. The next day, I used one of the pans to prepare my breakfast. I cooked three slices of bacon in it. The bacon naturally provided its own grease, but it didn’t stick to the pan at all. The bacon slid effortlessly, almost as if on a non-stick surface. I then cooked hash brown potatoes without any sticking. I could easily flip them in the pan, feeling like a professional chef. When I cracked an egg into the pan, it slightly adhered due to the potatoes absorbing the bacon grease. However, it easily came off and moved freely around the pan. I realized that adding a small amount of butter or canola oil before cooking the egg would prevent sticking next time. Despite this minor issue, I noticed that my breakfast tasted better than usual, probably because everything cooked so smoothly. There was no sticking, no struggling, and no need to adjust the stove temperature. I have a ceramic stove with settings such as Simmer, Lo, 1 through 9, and Hi. I set the burner to 5 and kept it constant throughout the cooking process, resulting in perfectly cooked food. Highly recommended.
